		<description>As much as I like that Longshore got the offensive player of the week, I suspect that there is an unwritten rule that you can't have both the offensive and defensive player of the week, and therefore would have rather seen Hughes get the nod as defensive player of the week.

Giving it to any WSU player is weak.  Defeneses are going to be putting up great statistical numbers vs. Stanford all season.

BTW, got here from the "Idiots" blog.  Nice to find another regular Cal Blogger out there.</description>
